Council Update Six Nations Graduating Class, High Average Winners, Scholarship for the 2009-2010 Academic School Year Six Nations Honours 2010 Scholastic Excellence 11/08/10 – Gathering at Six Nations Polytechnic for an afternoon ceremony honouring this year’s High School Graduates, proud parents took pictures of their children as they achieved excellence in academia this past school year. Graduating from High School is an accomplishment worthy of accolades to both parents and students echoed Councillor Claudine VanEvery Albert who served as the Master of Ceremonies for the afternoon festivities. In his address Elected Six Nations Council Chief William K. Montour made note that those in attendance are the future of the Territory. Chief Montour also reflected that Six Nations is on the cusp of something great and now is no better time to keep focusing on education and learning as we progress towards a future that each and every graduate could hold in the palm of their hand. Following the presentation everyone in attendance indulged in a light catered lunch.
