Please complete this form to apply for a membership to the SNGR Portal.

The Member Portal is designed to provide sensitive community information and updates to members of Six Nations of the Grand River (age 18 and older). All content is for members only. We respectfully ask that you do not share or distribute information outside our community.

SNGR Communications Department in collaboration with Lands and Membership will review your application and will issue you login credentials within 5-7 business days after your application has been approved.

Please provide your name as it appears on your Status Card. This ensures that your identity can be verified. If you commonly use another name, be sure to also include a name that is listed on your Status Card (such as your first or middle name).
