The Housing Department strives to improve the living conditions of all members of the community by providing access to financing programs, rental accommodations, an construction advisory services on Six Nations of the Grand River territory. Additionally, they also provide commercial leasing spaces for local entrepreneurs.

- Internal Financing Programs: Housing Loan Program (new construction, purchase, repair/reno)
- CMHC Programs include the Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program (RRAP) and the Emergency Repairs Program (ERP)
