SNGR is Closing at 2pm on December 23, 2025
All Six Nations of the Grand River (SNGR) offices will be closing on December 23rd at 2 pm and will be re-opening on January 5th, 2026.

Fire & Emergency Services
Note: Admin staff will be on call. However, 911 services will be continued as normal throughout the holidays.

The Ontario Works office will be open December 31, 2025, from 9 am – 2 pm for individuals needing to pick up cheques. A Case Manager will also be available.
PUBLIC WORKS
Public Works Transfer Station
The Transfer Station will be closed from December 24-26, and on January 1.
Transfer Station hours are 8 am – 4:30 pm, Tuesday to Saturday, last load in at 4:15 pm.
Note: No debris approvals will be completed between December 23 and January 4.

Septic calls paid and placed prior to Thursday, December 18 at 4:30 pm will be completed prior to the Holiday Closure, calls placed after this deadline may not be completed until January 5, 2026. Online payments take 2 business days to process.
